With a rapid approaching deadline heading their way, a Shell department in Houston was in need of a concierge service. Red Butler provided a 24/7 toll free line, email support and Red Butler cards for each staff member. As a result, team members outsourced their personal tasks allowing them to increase productivity, and complete the project on time prior to the deadline.
The highly anticipated and celebrated annual TED Conference moved to Long Beach in 2009. The following year, TED Conference called upon Red Butler to facilitate with attendee concierge requests. Red Butler set up a private email address and toll free line for TED attendees to submit concierge requests and assisted with private transportation, reservations and event details.
Stolichnaya Vodka collaborated with Red Butler on a nation wide concierge service. Red Butler created Stoli Vodka memberships, exclusive to their customers. The memberships were promoted in thousands of markets and liquor stores. The loyalty program combined online, print and product placement advertisements, with Red Butler neckers printed on each Stoli Vodka bottle nation wide.
Cellular phone provider Helio wanted to offer a unique service feature for their corporate users. Red Butler worked closely with marketing executives to create a concierge service embedded into each Helio phone. The concierge telephone number was embedded into each phone, allowing key clients to hold down the # 8 key to reach the Helio Concierge Service powered by Red Butler.
