How do I place my order?


Click on the "Get Listed Now" button and select from one of our listing types. Proceed with the order, and after you check out a representative will email you an activation link and your order number. Click on the provided activation link and when prompted enter your order number. Then create your listing and you're all set!



What is Red Butler?


Red Butler is a private concierge service that is composed of thousands of members and corporate clients around the world. Our members rely on Red Butler for concierge referrals and to help manage their lifestyles.



What is a Listing?


A listing is like an advertisement for your business that is viewed by all of our members. Create your listing and offer our members a small benefit to attract their business. Our members constantly browse our listings for new and exciting places to shop, dine, experience and enjoy!



How do approvals work?


Almost all listings will be approved. Your discount or perk must follow our guidelines, which are very flexible. You can offer a free glass of wine, or perhaps 5% off, or priority seating, etc...



How are members identified?


Our members will show you their Red Butler ID cards in either a plastic credit card like form, or by showing their ID Card as an image on their iPhone. Once they confirm that they are a member, you and your staff provide the discount or perk.



Where the listing appear?


Your listing will appear in the benefits area at our website www.RedButler.com. In addition, your listing will appear on the Red Butler iPhone application which is available for download on the Apple iTunes store (copyright).



What type of Benefit can I offer?


When you create your listing, we ask that you offer our members a small discount or benefit of your choosing. You can offer a free appetizer, 5% off, a free consultation, priority seating or a free upgrade for example. You can also add your own rules like, only available on weekdays or add a minimum spend. All benefit offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.



How do I get your referrals?


Red Butler members constantly check our website and iPhone application looking for new benefits. Our concierges also refer members to our benefits partners first if they happen to be searching for a particular type of food or service you offer. Typically, the better the benefit, the more likely you can expect our members to come through your door.



How much does this cost?


We offer three types of listings;  a free listing which is completely free.  If you would like to obtain a bit more exposure, we offer a 1 year featured and 2 year featured listing. All listings allow you to add your business address, website and benefit offer. The featured listings also allow you to add an image of your business, are "featured" on our twitter and facebook pages, and are aggressively promoted by our concierge operators.



Who else lists with Red Butler?


Currently Red Butler has over 1,200 businesses listing in our rolodex of benefit partners. All listings must be approved, and we only work with businesses that cater to our affluent membership.
