What are credits?
Any action or call requires 1 credit from your account, or research requests are broken down into 15 minutes for each 1 credit. There are no hourly fees or other charges of any kind.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
Our memberships require no contracts, you can cancel at anytime. Memberships automatically renew every 30 days and unused credits do not roll over. There are no cancellation, start up or hourly fees whatsoever.
Can I change my membership type at anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at anytime.
Will you also run errands for me?
Red Butler provides "virtual" concierge and assistant services. We do not pick up, drop off, run errands or perform physical tasks of any kind. Of course, we can coordinate that for you instead.
Can I buy more credits if I run out?
Yes. If you run out of credits, you can request to renew your membership early or purchase a gift card and double up.
What happens if I lose my membership card?
You can request a replacement card free of charge. Please visit the contact us form and request a replacement card.
Do I get to choose who my dedicated assistant will be?
At this time, Red Butler will assign you a dedicated representative. Don't worry, we've already handled the screening process. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your representative, you can request a replacement.
Can I store contacts on file?
Yes. Once you log in, you can store frequent flier numbers, contacts and create your virtual wallet. You can ask us to make purchases on your behalf and even store your logins for other websites.
