Each one of our plans include a certain number of hours you can use in a 30 day period. We deduct from your hours in 5 minute increments. You can view all deductions and even advise how much time you'd like us to use. Unused time does not roll over.
Based upon your needs and time zone, we'll assign a Dedicated Account Manager. Your DAM is a full time employee at Red Butler who has worked their way up to servicing the caliber of clients we attract. We only hire US based, college educated professionals.
Included in all monthly plans is our Receptionist service. We'll provide you with a telephone number that you can share or forward to us. You can customize the greeting, voicemail and provide multiple numbers for us to transfer calls to.
At the Red10 plan and higher, Red Butler can manage your Calendar. Just email or copy (cc) your DAM on any meetings and they'll reach out to all parties, create the meeting and send out invitations. You can add additional calendars for $199 per month.
Any unused hours you accumulate will roll over for an additional 30 days. Plus, any time deducted for work will first be deducted from your roll over time to maximize utilization of your roll over. You can view all time deductions and available hours via your Dashboard.
Personalize and empower your experience utilizing our Dashboard. You can store preferences, logins and access a history of all requests. You can also view all time deductions in real time and view how many calls, texts or trends you have to date.
Red Butler utilizes industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption at rest and during transmission for all email and Dashboard communication. Every team member has gone through a 9 point check, including a background clearance.
Building a long lasting business relationship is key. If you are not happy with your Virtual Assistant for any reason, you can request your time back or switch to another Virtual Assistant at anytime with fees or penalties to you.

By now you probably have an idea about what plan you're interested in. If you don't, we highly recommend setting up an interview to get matched. It's a no pressure call and super helpful for all parties to see if we're a good match. Otherwise, our sign up process takes less than two minutes.
Once you complete your signup, your new Dedicated Account Manager (DAM) will reach out and schedule an on boarding call. During that call, you'll get better acquainted with our capabilities and your DAM will propose a plan on how to best utilize Red Butler.
We've built out our own proprietary Dashboard where you can store preferences, contacts, logins and more. Set your preferences and customize your experience. Our entire team will adapt to your needs, so the more you share the faster and better your experience will be.
Once we have everything in order and your Receptionist and Calendar are set up, it's time to start saving time and monitoring your productivity. You can view request history, time deductions, hours saved, days gained and more. Plus, you can share your hours with authorized users.
