Who will I be working with?

A team of professional and talented US based Red Butler Administrators who handle your day-to-day requests. Clients with Red15 plans and higher will also have a Dedicated Account Manager (DAM) who oversees your account to ensure quality and learn your preferences, processes, and integrations.

Do I get a dedicated assistant?

At Red Butler we provide you with an entire team instead of just one individual to handle your requests. This way you can have multiple requests completed at once, 12 hours of workday coverage and access to talent across our entire company.

What tasks can you do?

Our professional admins can help with everything. Our most popular types of requests fall into one of the following categories; research, proofreading, scheduling, document creation, making calls, ticketing, travel, and more.

What tasks can't you do?

There are primarily four things that we cannot provide our clients: anything requiring a professional license, running physical errands, providing artistic, design or creative work and finally any sort of impersonation, such as outbound sales calls.

What are Points?

We convert your hours into points, each worth 20 minutes. We deduct 5 minutes at a time and unused points do not roll over. You can check your point balance at anytime, limit how many points are used on a specific task and share points.

What is a Team Portal?

A Team Portal allows you to invite up to 50 team members to share your hours - like a family data plan. You can place caps on how much time each team member is allowed, monitor total time saved and more.

Can I add more time?

Yes. Additional hours are available a la carte in the event you run out of time during your billing cycle. You can also upgrade immediately at anytime, or downgrade at your next renewal.

What are your hours?

Your team of Red Butler Administrators are available from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm PST Monday through Friday. However, you have access to your account and can submit requests 24/7/365.

Whose name will you use?

Red Butler will always make calls on behalf of "Your Name." Our professional administrators will also identify themselves as your “assistant” but cannot impersonate you.

Is there a long term contract?

No. Our service requires no contracts and you can cancel at anytime. Your account will automatically renew every 30 days and unused time does not roll over.

Where is your staff located?

Red Butler is committed to creating jobs in America. Since launching in 2005, we have only hired US based team members. Our office is located in Los Angeles, we’d love for you to stop by sometime.
